About the Role:
Systems Administrator

  • Using our bespoke inhouse management portal, you will record and dispatch jobs and updates across our UK Branch network and provide a reassuring and professional response.

Who are we looking for?

  • We are looking for a new colleague used to working in a fast paced environment providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Based in our Systems Team HQ, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, suppliers and engineering teams.
  • Due to the reactive nature of the Security Industry, part of your role will be to ensure all scheduled or reactive jobs are communicated and allocated to our team of Engineers and Subcontractors, then using our bespoke Operating System, reviewing and responding to those reports coming in.
  • The transfer of information to our customers in a timely fashion is paramount.
  • This role requires a real attention to detail and does involve an element of thinking about the task, planning the best course of action, and focusing on the delivery, exceeding customer expectations on each and every occasion.

About You

  • Confident, clear and professional telephone manner
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Experience working within a customer service role.
  • Excellent listening skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good spelling and grammar as message accuracy are essential to be able to relay information to our clients, employees, and subcontractors.
  • The ability to multitask, where required to ensure that deadlines are not missed.

About Us

  • Key Security Group are a fastgrowing fire and security provider with a presence across the UK & Ireland.
  • Our Helpdesk located in Ossett, provides 247/365 support to our employees, clients, and support partners. We have consistently increased our employee numbers year on year since 2007.
We are located close to major bus routes and Ossett bus station. Parking is also available on site.

£23,400.00 per year
