The responsibilities below encompass the core functions of a Sales Associate:

Key Responsibilities Description
Customer Experience

  • Attract and retain customers by offering impeccable service that
reflects our brand values. Pay meticulous attention to detail and provide top-quality assistance to customers.

Sales

  • Achieve shop's commercial objectives and KPIs by effectively
communicating the unique value of our brand to customers.

Shop Operations Collaborate within the team to perform tasks like inventory
management, stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting, ensuring the seamless operation of the point of sale.

Shop Image

  • Maintain a wellorganized shop appearance by ensuring products
are properly displayed and stocked, presenting an inviting atmosphere for customers.

Cultural Fit

  • Foster a positive team environment, promoting teamwork and
collaboration, and contributing to a harmonious workplace atmosphere.

Deliveries and Stock

  • Receive and unpack deliveries, keep the storeroom organized,
assist with regular stock-takes, and ensure products are appropriately replenished on shelves.

Point-of-Sale Management

  • Operate the pointofsale system, handle cash transactions, and reconcile the till at the end of each shift.
VM Maintenance

  • Pack and replenish shelves/rails as needed to maintain an attractive
presentation of products. Assist in setting up promotional displays to highlight special offerings.

Customer Interaction

  • Interact with customers, address complaints and refund requests,
escalating issues to management when necessary. Keep customers informed about ongoing promotions and provide product recommendations based on their needs.

Building Customer Rapport

  • Establish a positive rapport with customers by providing attentive service and fostering genuine connections, enhancing their shopping experience and promoting brand loyalty.
