Description
Pleased to be working with an ambitious Law Firm with operations in East Anglia that are looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will be based out of the Ipswich office and will require you to work full-time onsite.You'll be joining the Service Desk Team within a wider IT Team which is responsible for all aspects of IT across the business covering, User Support, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Data and Development.
Responsible for the following:
- IT Support and Hardware Deployment
- Progression of 2nd Line tickets passed through from 1st Line
- Troubleshoot
- Working to agreed Service Desk processes using ITIL best practices
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure things are dealt with in a friendly/timely manner
- Able to break down technical jargon to nontechnical staff members
- Active Directory
- Office 2016, 19, O36
- Legal software will be beneficial but not essential iManage, Aderant, Bighand, etc.
- ITIL Foundation
- CompTIA A+
- Strong IT Troubleshooting skills
- Selfmotivated
