Grafton Banks Finance are excited to keen to hear from immediately available Payrollers in the Brighton or Eastbourne areas.

We are supporting a growing, multi-site, client who are looking for support within Payroll for a number of months on a temporary basis.

This role will be assisting with the end-to-end payroll processing whilst reporting into the Finance Manager.


Duties will include:

  • Processing timesheets and calculating overtime payments
  • Liaising with HR for payroll queries, requesting information etc.
  • Maintaining and updating records within the payroll systems
  • Payroll reconciliations for all payroll control accounts
  • Processing timely and accurate payments for HMRC (PAYE, NI, Student Loans etc.)
  • Processing timely and accurate payments for bank payments
  • Managing payroll queries
  • Provide audit support
  • Adhoc payroll analysis

Essential skills/experience:

  • You must be available on immediate notice to start at short notice
  • Prior experience working in Payroll
  • Good payroll IT/systems skills
