Playgroup Assistant - Grantham, United Kingdom - All Day Play

Description

This is a part time position offering flexible working hours, with the potential to grow as our business does.

You will be needed at least two days during the week for school term times and at least 1 weekend day per week with more availability during school holidays where possible.

Potential schedule during term time (could be more depending on your availability, days of the week can be changed to suit your needs)


Tuesday 9am-3pm,Friday 9am-3pm, Saturday 9am-6pm

About the role:

Before and after sessions you will be responsible for helping to clean and set up activity stations to prepare the studio.

You may also have opportunities to assist in developing our play curriculum and plan events.

We also have a small retail and coffee area that will need restocking, as well as some front desk duties such as bookings and answering of enquiries.

During sessions you will help with facilitating activities including art projects and sensory experiences, encouraging children in creative and imaginative play.

As well as refilling any materials needed and cleaning any large messes that may occur as the session goes on.

DBS, pediatric first aid and any other relevant early years qualifications are a plus but not required.

If you do not already have an enhanced DBS check we will pay for it to be obtained as well as any other training that may be necessary.
