Part-time Production Assistant needed ASAP leading online music brand.


Role:
Production Assistant
Core responsibilities

  • Coordination of regular artist photoshoots
  • Sourcing crew/suppliers globally and presenting for approval
  • Some negotiation of rates (overseen by line manager)
  • Location scouting
  • Liaising between crew and artist and troubleshooting
  • Visual brief creation (under guidance of line manager)
  • Call Sheet production
  • Communicating brief requirements
  • Delivery of assets and coordinating tiering/sign off to global asset bank
  • Support with ad hoc production tasks and admin

Skills:


  • Strong communicator
  • Proactive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Confident in approaching artists and colleagues
  • Knowledge of preproduction, on set and preproduction processes
  • Qualification, experience or training in portrait photography
Experience

  • Good understanding of photography (stills) production
  • 12 year's experience in marketing/photography studio/production team or similar
  • Some video / moving image production is a nice to have
  • MS teams / word /excel/powerpoint proficient (adobe packages not essential)
Availability

  • 2 days per week, ideally between Tuesday Thursday
  • Remote working or hybrid possible (would be great if we could have some in office time on a Wednesday or Thursday to line up with me but not essential)
  • Start date ASAP
  • Day rate between UMB only
