Description

The Estates Department are looking to enhance their maintenance team and would like to add a Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor to their team of staff.

You will work with as an integrated member of the Estates team across a multi-discipline of trades.

Day to day supervision of operational staff within the Estates department and external contractors across Rochdale Care Organisations.
Responsibility for maintaining Estates equipment, premises and plant.
Provision of specialist and technical advice and ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation and technical memoranda.
