Interim to Permanent HR Manager - 3 to 6 Months Interim - Fully Remote - £250 to £350 Per Day Depending on Location
The Company & the Role
- Partner with other EMEA HR colleagues, Directors, and Managers from the business on the recruiting and new hires process.
- Manage the full cycle of onboarding to include paperwork background checks, benefits, the onboarding process, new hire reporting, payroll input, new hire orientation, background checks, and benefits.
- Manage the incountry required statutory reporting
- Track and maintain the car lease scheme and develop policies/processes to ensure compliance
- Partner with country accounting teams on financial, HR matters and payroll.
- Prepare and roll out policies/procedures relevant to the country.
- Establish guidelines and manage Leaves of Absence according to the regulations of each country.
- Review benefit plans for each country.
- Ensure that the benefits are cost effective and meet the needs of our employees
- Assist with the performance review/merit program, coaching and advising managers
- Work closely and manage two HR Interns on projects
- Budget, research and develop a Training and Development programs
