The successful applicant will carry out ecological fieldwork independently and in teams, with a focus on ecological sampling and species' identification. This will initially be on a multi-partner project on ecosystem restoration, and will involve liaison with UKCEH colleagues and co-investigators across several institutions. Skills required include setting up and monitoring field studies and experiments, database construction and entry, data analysis and writing.
