Finance Manager

Birmingham

£30-£35K


A reputable multi-service company is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Finance Manager to come and join their process driven team in Birmingham.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled manager who is experienced in process improvements and up skill a junior team, someone who is keen to grow and develop at the rate of the business.

This role is key within the finance function and will have theirideas recognised and be involved with future business decisions.


You'll be given the opportunity to manage and train a small team of finance juniors, with the idea of building the team around you.

You'll report directly into the Finance Director and work closely with them on company projects.


Ideally, you will:

  • Have strong skills in process improvements throughout finance including liaising with external and internal stakeholders and nonfinance people.
  • Have proven previous experience in managing a small finance team; in order to up skill and train members of staff on key processes.
  • Be keen to assist in the daily finances including; completing monthend processes, financial reporting and oversee transactional duties.
  • Have experience of working with multiple sites and dealing with nonfinance people ensuring they have an understanding of how the finance function is run.
