    Job title: Director of Music Education

    Description

    We are seeking a visionary leader to drive transformative change in music education. As the Director of Education, you will have a rare opportunity to shape and drive forward three interconnected areas of work.

    • Strategic leadership and vision for music education across the UK and beyond
    • Development and growth of music education initiatives, influencing local, regional, and national levels
    • Music Hub leadership, driving youth-led, inclusive approaches to music education
    • Ofqual and regulatory compliance, ensuring quality standards in education programmes
    • Education programme development, management, and evaluation
    • People management and team development, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
    • Financial management and sustainability, ensuring effective resource allocation
    • Partnerships and stakeholder management, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Reporting and governance, maintaining transparency and accountability in organisational operations
