Quality Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm


Out client based in Horsham are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to assist with various admin duties for a busy Quality Control department.


Responsibilities:


  • Scanning documents
  • Completing quality documentation
  • Filing and updating trackers / spreadsheets and raising investigations within the quality system for any deviations.

Required Skills:


  • Attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Previous knowledge of GMP environments and/or experience within quality roles would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload according to varying needs & work under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills with a particular working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other key MS packages.
