This Top 10 Law firm is internationally renowned, and one of the most prestigious legal brands operating in the UK. Their world-leading Energy & Infrastructure team is seeking a Projects Associate/Senior Associate, 4 years PQE, to join their City of London Office.

This is for Associates looking to take a step up in their career and work on a caseload with international scope across a variety of matters involving projects matters.

The Role

  • The team advises on a wide range of transactions within the energy and resources sector, from upstream oil and gas M&A, upstream and LNG projects, downstream transactions, commercial and supply chain contracts, licences and concessions, joint operating agreements and joint ventures, offtake and sales agreements, and now transactional activity in energy transition technologies
  • Deep sector expertise has led to CMS's Chambers and Legal 500 toptier bandings in Energy both for multiple individual partners and the practice as an whole.
  • This projects focused role will offer you exposure to the full spectrum of areas in this sector, including projects work.

Requirements:


  • You will be an Energy & Infrastructure Solicitor with 4 years PQE, with excellent technical knowledge.
  • It is important to be a team player due to the collaborative nature of the team.
  • The firm looks for strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for the practice area.
