We're looking for a qualified and competent individual to act as Call Center Supervisor and manage the internal workings of our Call Center.
This includes managing sales and performance evaluation, providing feedback to staff, recruiting and training new Call Center Representatives, and reviewing the general progress of the center.
The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all employees are working effectively to provide excellent customer service.Job Types:
