Are you passionate about helping employers meet their skills needs?
We have created a new position to lead our employer and community engagement teams.

Following our Strong grading for skills in our Ofsted visit, we want to continue to build on our outreach by helping employers understand the opportunities available to them by working with the colleges.

About you

You will lead the apprenticeship sales team and the community engagement team, but you will also support colleagues across the group by helping employers engage with T levels, upskilling and meeting the needs of the Local Skills Improvement Plans.

You must be willing to lead by example, engaging employers directly and supporting new staff to develop.

Knowledge of apprenticeships is an advantage, but an inclusive sales approach and previous success is essential. We have ambitious plans to grow and this is a key role.

The aim of Capital City College Training (CCCT) is to provide exceptional education and training that allows students to reach their potential and employers to develop their talent pool.

The Capital City College Group's apprenticeship provision will be centralised in CCCT and our goal is for CCCT is to be London's trusted provider of exceptional apprentices.
