Our client based in Sittingbourne are looking to recruit temporary Customer Service Advisors to join them as soon as possible ongoing with the possibility of temporary to permanent.

The hours of work will initially be 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The hourly payrate will be £10.42 per hour.

You will be there for every customer, offering support, help and guidance, and dealing with our customer's query in a friendly empathetic way to find the quickest solution you can.

You'll be the customer's first point of contact dealing with a wide range of queries from booking breakdowns and annual services to talking through our products and services with new customers and everything in-between.

You'll have to think on your feet to find solutions to a wide range of customer problems.

It's a fast-paced demanding role dealing with often vulnerable customers, we are looking for someone who can handle the pressure and still give the amazing service our customers deserve.

We want someone who will embrace and is excited by change, someone who knows their way around a computer, a quick learner with a high degree of speed and accuracy.

Further skills required:

Communications: Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external staff, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
