The role

Role responsibilities:


  • Monitor tender portals for new opportunities and tender releases.
  • Creating overall compelling, clear, engaging and high scoring submissions.
  • Prepare clear, persuasive, and comprehensive tenders and bids. This includes writing, editing, and formatting documents.
  • Provide one QS tone of voice across quality submissions.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to gather necessary information and insights for bid preparation.
  • Manage timelines to ensure timely submission of all tenders and bids.
  • Review feedback on submitted tenders to improve future submissions and processes.
  • Maintain and manage the repository of previous tenders, ensuring that all official documents are uptodate and readily accessible for reference and compliance purposes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.

Key skills and experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in tender writing or a similar role.
  • Proven skills in producing and editing proposal content within a complex business environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Higher Education industry.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and requirements.
  • Professional certifications related to business writing or project management.
