Salary £38,223 - £43,421 Per annum | Full time | Permanent | 37 hours per week | Preston |

We are looking for a Principal Legal Officer to join our Highways, Planning and Environment team to deal with a varied work load.

The role would suit a Newly Qualified Solicitor or an experienced paralegal.

We are a friendly and supportive team based at County Hall, Preston, but employees have the ability and opportunity to work from home.


The role is situated in our legal environment team which deals with a broad range of highways, planning and public rights of way matters.


Desirable requirements:

  • Highways/Environment/Planning background
  • Experience of local authority legal work
  • Newly Qualified Solicitor


You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use.

However, we may consider you if you cannot drive because of a disability
