Our ideal candiate;
- ideally supervisory or similar level
- manufacturing/warehouse/relatable background
- planning staff against workload experience
- multi tasker, willing to step in to support your team
- motivational but respectful
- comfortable with having a team of various nationalities and language abilities

The role involves;

Managing staff planning to run production to the day's targets
Engaging with those on your shift to ensure they are confident in the expectations of their duties
Line checks on produce against customer orders
Health & Safety & PPE related recording
Production run and packaging quality checks and related paperwork
Overseeing the working areas, maintaining high levels of hygiene and tidiness
Regular contact and relationship management with Team Leaders and other colleagues
