We are seeking like-minded people who are open and think outside the box, yet are knowledgeable about the beauty and cosmetics industry from a personal perspective as well as a sales/marketing perspective.

Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer needs, and competitors' activities in the cosmetics market.
• Develop and execute creative and effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our cosmetic products to target customers.
• Collaborate with our core development team on tasks including product development, sales, and creative brainstorming sessions to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
• Write engaging and persuasive copy for marketing materials including product descriptions, advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
• Manage and maintain the brand's social media platforms and online presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engaging
• Act as a consultant to guide the team in understanding our place in the wider beauty and cosmetics industry

Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£11.00-£15.00 per hour
