    Lead Clinician - Psychotherapist

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Oak Tree School. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs.



    About the Role:


    • Manage and lead our clinical team, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to provide high-quality care

    • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH needs

    • Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members

    The successful candidate will be an expert clinician with exceptional leadership skills who can inspire their team to deliver outstanding results. They must have experience working with diverse client groups, particularly those with SEMH or autistic individuals.



    • A Registered Practitioner (HCPC or equivalent) Level 7 qualification required;
