Property Services Helpdesk & Facilities Manager

SW20

_This role is working for a large team in a national business with over 250 properties and you will be instrumental in developing the supplier base and the service contract solutions, along with delivering exceptional service levels into the business_

Responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing the helpdesk team of 2

Supporting the helpdesk team in their daily duties

Ensure PPM schedules and reactive maintenance are completed in line with service requirements

Acting as the escalation point for complex issues

Develop and manage a full range of Service Level agreements and KPI's for external contractors & suppliers

Initiate and lead tender processes for renewal of service contracts

Managed a successful team

Have experience in Facilities management

Demonstrate knowledge of leading service contracts tenders

Show a good understanding of SLA's and management of these
