This is a full-time position 37.5 hours per week


Salary:
£23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Business hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm

Office Team Hours: 08:00am - 4:30pm and 07:30am - 4:00pm,


We are a fast-growing company specialising in the building materials trade, based in Stonehouse close to Hardwicke and Junction 12 of the M5 in Gloucester.


We are expanding and looking for someone who is confident, can stay calm under pressure, keep the pace with our increasing customers and has a natural instinct for problem solving, the objective of this role is bespoke so will be a combination of customer service, procurement and stock management.

A typical day for our admin team looks like but is not limited to:

  • Producing pick sheets/ delivery paperwork and despatching orders
  • Uploading data to our courier sites and printing the labels
  • KPI reporting
  • Raising nonconformances, logging complaints, raising claims and replacement orders
  • Booking pallet deliveries
  • Internal stock transfers and write offs
  • Building BOMS for bespoke products
  • Raising purchase orders for
  • Chasing deliveries for customers
  • Arranging returns
  • Ordering Stationary
  • Raising backtoback sales orders
  • Load building for the vehicles delivering our bulk pallet orders
  • Stock control
  • Using a variety of order systems

This is a fast-paced role that is constantly evolving and the multiple systems we use require a strong understanding of technology, excel and data, these are key skills that we require for our team.

All training will be provided and for the right person this role will be easy to pick up,
