Full-Time 08:30 - 17:00

Warehouse Operative Role:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage inventory, ensuring the warehouse is optimally organised.
- Handle and prepare materials for exhibition stand builds and disassembly.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure timely and efficient preparation and transportation of exhibition materials.
- Maintain and update inventory records using company software.
- Implement strict quality control measures to ensure all materials meet our high standards.
- Participate in onsite builds and dismantles, offering technical support and expertise as needed.
- Contribute to team meetings by offering insights and suggestions for operational improvements.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role, preferably within the exhibitions or events industry.
- Technical prowess and indepth knowledge of event/exhibition build processes.
- Highly developed organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in multiple languages considered a plus.
- Adaptability in a fastpaced and everevolving environment.
- Highly motivated with leadership potential and a knack for stress management.
- A good cultural fit who is generally likeable and has excellent interpersonal skills.
