Are you looking to jump straight into the world of work via an apprenticeship?

We're looking to bring some elements of our marketing in house and we're now looking to offer a Level 3 digital marketing apprenticeship.

On a day-to-day basis, we help local SMEs recruit sustainably. Founded 3 years ago, we're a team of 3, and this recruit will take us to 4.

If you join us as an apprentice, a typical day will include:

Working with Canva and other programmes to create graphics for social media
Drafting written content for marketing posts
Creating job adverts
Supporting the recruitment team with admin
Creating written documents
Supporting the recruitment team by taking notes during interviews
Supporting the team with research on an ad hoc basis
Aiding with ongoing projects

In terms of the course, this will take place on Tuesdays at the Aesseal New York Stadium in Rotherham. The course takes months to complete.

The apprenticeship will include;

A level 3 qualification
Principles of coding qualification
2 Chartered Institute of Marketing awards

Based in the S10 area you could go for picnics in the Botanical Gardens, or down to one of the independent coffee shops at lunch time.

There are good public transport links with buses into the city centre.

You'll be joining a developing team made up of two HR apprentices at the start of their career and the founder who is passionate about helping young people in their personal development.

At the end of every month we have a fun team building activity which has so far consisted of walks in the Peaks, ice skating, escape rooms and go karting.
