General Description:
The overall responsibility of the
Customer Service Advisor is to effectively and efficiently manage the deployment of our Lift Service Engineering Team to ensure completion of reactive calls within our client portfolio.
This is a pivotal role which involves regular contact with engineers, management teams, clients and other functions within our Business.
This is a fast paced role where you will be required to work on multiple projects in a client driven, results orientated environment.
Reporting into the Department Manager you will drive change and suggest new ideas and drive a 'customer-centric' culture within the operational service teams, as well as creating a fun working environment with good staff retention.
Your role will involve:
- Delivery of Breakdown and Service departmental key performance indicators and service levels ensuring a high customer care culture at times
- Logging client calls accurately
- Scheduling the field engineers
- Keeping the client updated
- Managing all calls which come in to the Business
- Constantly reviewing and suggesting improvements to the customer service journey to improve the experience for customers and to drive profitability and growth
- Ensuring compliance to procedures all times
- Building strong relationships with clients and members of the team
You will have the following skills/experience:
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Commitment
- Experience of planning jobs (preferably from within an engineering background but not required)
- The ability to learn complex processes
- Change management
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to identify problems and inefficiencies and to develop and push through solutions & improvements
- Project management skills
- Working with CRM systems & IT packages
- Scheduling external works
Hours:
Weekends - Saturday and Sunday - 07:00 - 17:00
