A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Leeds Service Centre based in Drighlington.You will form part of our dynamic sales team and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
As a Sales Support you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the sales team and customers.
You will help ensure our customers receive world-class customer service and support.The role demands strong communication and organisation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The role is office based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with full product training and support provided.Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team and customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Navigate internal and external databases to find product and pricing information for customers.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new sales opportunities and provide product information to customers.
- Assist with processing customer complaints, returns, and credits.
- Maintain customer accounts and update customer information as needed in the sales database.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Experience working with sales databases and/or CRM systems.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
- Detailorientated and able to work efficiently with numbers and data.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Selfmotivated and driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
