Are you looking for a specialist leadership opportunity that will make a positive difference in the social care sector?
The post holder will have a proven background in regulation and inspection across the adult social care sector.
We are keen that this role provides support and challenge around regulation and compliance, measuring and maintaining quality within our care home services.
The post holder will be required to develop an inspection programme for care home services, reflective of the CQC single inspection framework.
The programme will enable us to know our services well and will be designed to monitor and review evidence, and establish the views of people living in, working in and visiting our care homes, promoting high quality services.
We are looking for someone who has had hands on CQC experience of inspecting care home services.You will have the knowledge, experience and skills to effectively benchmark our services against the CQC methodologies and act as a critical friend.
You will have a strong interface with each Manging Director who will set the requirements for their services.You will be able to analyse and present information in different formats, write reports and make appropriate recommendations, whilst offering compliance solutions.
The post will contribute to developing a continuous culture of improvement where the voice of our residents will be a crucial measure to establishing the effectiveness of services.
We are therefore looking for an individual who is passionate and motivated about good outcomes for residents and can interface with our families too.

£70,000.00 per year
