Description

Our client is currently looking for 20 Support Workers to work 35 hours a week or hours to suit between 07:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 22:00.

Support workers will be required to provide reablement to predominantly older people in their own homes.

These people will have recently been discharged from hospital or will be regaining their daily living skills after an illness or deterioration.


ESSENTIAL:
Experience not essential but MUST HAVE MANDATORY TRAINING FOR DOMICILIARY PROVIDERS

MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE / CAR (Mileage - 45p per mile)

Time and a half on Saturdays

Double time Sundays


Staff must have an enhanced dbs including adult barred list, be able to drive and have received mandatory training for domiciliary providers.

You will be supplied with a tablet and phone and be required to record visits onto a system database

Staff will be provided with medication training

Contract length - 3 months with extension likely.
