Description

Excellent opportunity with a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Wilmslow require a Payroll Administrator to join their payroll bureau on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of client's payrolls


Responsibilities

  • Management of portfolio of clients
  • Endend processing of annual, weekly, fortnightly, lunar and monthly payrolls
  • Calculation of hours, overtime, commission and bonuses
  • Calculation of SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, ShPP
  • FPS and EPS submissions to HMRC
  • Submission of pension information to multiple providers
  • Management of client queries relating to pay

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years' payroll experience
  • Client's payroll experience/Bureau experience is essential
  • Strong payroll legislation knowledge
  • Ability to manually calculate payslips
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good systems skills
