IT Support Engineer - 1st line (Junior / Graduate)
Bury, Greater Manchester (some hybrid working available)

£20k - £24k DOE + Benefits.


We are working with a Global Manufacturing company who are growing their internal IT support function; with the latest vacancy being for a 1st Line Support Engineer.


This would be the perfect opportunity for a Junior IT Engineer, who has either recently graduated, or has 1-2 years commercial IT experience, supporting and fixing IT issues from a service desk, to work within a Global IT Operations team and be the firstport of call for their Users for any IT problems.

From a technical perspective, the role will come with training.

However you'll have a strong base understanding of Windows / Microsoft desktop support and a desire to build your knowledge across various infrastructure technologies, in order to progress upto 2nd line support level in the future.
