Main responsibilities of the Senior CRM Executive:

Run personalisation targeting and segmentation analysis to identify key customer groups and understand how to engage with them most effectively
Measure and analyse performance and report results against KPIs
Keep up to date on industry developments and trends to constantly help create innovative strategies

The Ideal Senior CRM Executive:

A degree or equivalent within the business sector and previous experience within this type of industry (B2B) is beneficial
At least 2 years' experience working in a CRM role
Expert knowledge of CRM tools and techniques such as SAP Marketing Cloud or an Enterprise level CRM System
Knowledge in marketing and analytics tools such as google analytics is desirable but not essential
Must be organised, ready to meet deadlines in a busy environment
Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication skills
Able to work in a team, working proactively, contributing ideas effectively to team members
