We are working with an excellent company that have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Financial Accountant to join their successful and expanding finance team in their head office in Manchester.

Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrating experience of quick learning and building relationships in a new role and company

Working closely with lenders for all property financing requirements:

  • Analysing lenders terms, to work out best terms as per group requirements
  • Preparing budget / detailed forecasts including input from commercial areas to feed into the company budget / forecast
  • Take ownership for providing monthend variance analysis, outlining emerging trends or issues and sharing actionable insights
  • Team Management liaising with both internal staff and suppliers to resolve issues
  • Providing day to day financial support to the Directors

Skills & Requirements:


  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA etc)
  • Detailed forecasting and variance analysis
  • Commercial modelling experience.
  • Ensuring all Client reporting is accurate and to deadlines
  • All entities interco preparation, review and reconciliation
  • Experience in a property environment is preferable
