JOIN US We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team
You will play a crucial role in driving the technical aspect of our sales process.

Your primary focus will be on understanding the technical requirements of potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of our solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to deployment.

This role will ideally be based in London.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Presales, you will be a key member of our EMEA Presales team and wider "Go to Market" team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Technical Expertise

Demonstrate a deep understanding of SymphonyAI's SensaAI and NetReveal products and services.
Articulate the technical features and benefits of our solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with the product development team to stay abreast of the latest updates and enhancements.

Pre-sales Support

Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
Design and present customized demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of SymphonyAI.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling technical proposals.

Pilots (POC and POV)

Identify or support the qualification of pilots evidencing business benefits or testing new capabilities.
Define the scope and tasks, identify the risk and success criteria, execute the pilots, working closely with the prospects' users to build a business case.

Domain Knowledge

Adapt quickly to new domains and technologies, demonstrating the ability to learn and communicate effectively.

Client Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders at client organizations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique technical challenges and provide tailored solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

Proven experience in presales, technical consulting, or a related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and domains quickly.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence is a plus
Fluent English; other European languages would be a strong advantage
While specific experience in financial crime domains is desirable, a strong technical background is paramount.
