Training Co-ordinator

O/S Newark, c£27k, Full Time, Permanent

Job Responsibility

The successful Training Co-ordinator will be responsible for creating and delivering a company wide business training plan. Coordinating, booking and delivering, all internal and external training for both field-based and head office staff. Duties include;

  • Create, coordinate, and deliver the training plan.
  • Coordinate and source training requirements for all staff.
  • Ensure that the correct certification is held electronically and manually for all training.
  • Develop and maintain accurate recording systems enabling current training status to be accessible to managers.
  • Identifying any gaps in training requirements and liaise with managers and Directors at all levels and to ensure delivery
  • Regularly liaise with Human Resources Manager and Operations Director to ensure training expectations of the business are met.
Job Requirements

The Training Co-ordinator must have previous exposure in the learning and development arena. Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel and excellent communication skills. The role would suit a HR Advisor, Training Assistant or Learning and Development Co-ordinator.

Owner driver due to semi-rural location
