A Front of House Team Member/Cafe Team Member is needed to join our award-winning artisan Cafe and Bakery opening in Tonbridge An exciting opportunity offering development, progression and a good team atmosphere.


Part Time positions available ideally looking for week day availability also.


About Finch HouseFinch House Café and Bakery is an independently owned artisan Cafe and Bakery chain offering freshly made food from the finest, and locally sourced, award winning produce. Our artisan coffee is roasted to our own recipe and our creative bakers are constantly developing new cakes and ideas for seasonal treats. We are a buzzing and popular café opening right in the centre of Tonbridge and we are now looking for a Team Member to join our team.


The RoleAs a Team Member we will be looking to you to ensure our customers have a fabulous guest experience. On a daily basis you can expect to be serving customers in a polite and friendly manner, making the perfect coffee, basic food preparation and keeping the store clean, tidy and safe.


To qualify Whether you call yourself a Front of House Team Member / Cafe Team Member / Waitress / Barista or similar, we don't mind, you just need a CV that demonstrate

• You're people person and want your customers experience to be amazing
• A passion for food
• Polite and friendly
• Good customer care skills
• Neat and tidy appearance
• A 'can do' attitude, prepared to help out the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner
• Able to work in a busy environment
