Description

Purpose:

As Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for compliance and quality auditing in relation to specific funding contracts.


You will ensure that all processes are followed accurately and efficiently and ensure that all requirements are communicated to the relevant departments through the appropriate process.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Auditing of all completed funding paperwork to ensure contract compliance.
  • Investigation and resolution of any errors or discrepancies.
  • Liaising with delivery teams and providing timely feedback regarding errors and discrepancies.
  • Assist with training new members of staff on how to accurately complete funding paperwork.
  • Assist with the creation of paperwork guidance / annotated versions to support accuracy of paperwork, in line with contractual requirements.
  • Answering the telephone to customers / trainers and referring to the most appropriate person / department.
  • Accurate and timely learner qualification registration and certification in line with contractual and awarding body requirements.
  • Assist the MIS Manager with gathering and exporting information for reporting / claims purposes.
  • Any other duties as requested by the MIS Manager and Head of Skills

Skills / Experience:

Excellent levels of written English.

Innovative with the ability to provide and support continuous improvement.

Confident and proficient in Microsoft Office packages and functions, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads to support and meet departmental deadlines.

Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail when working under pressure.

Experience of working within an MIS team and/or with paperwork associated with funding

Excellent attention to detail
