Description

Being a call handler your role is to perform great customer service over the phone, whilst also focusing on upselling and
maintaining customers with retentions. So essentially putting
all your skills into one

Retentions - Keeping customer on board by offering new perks/benefits


Upselling - Performing customer service to understand what the customer is looking for, and then selling new products on top of that


Customer Service - Seeking the customers needs and listening to feedback to see how you could help in that situation


Sales - Brining new customer on board with striking deals they cant refuse

Its a fun and bubbly work environment, like no where you have worked before. with 6 weeks training you will be ready to attack the phones support by team leaders as you progress...


Shifts
10am till 7pm - Monday to Friday.

  • Weekend work is offered as additional overtime_
