Description

Key responsibilities for the role include:
Working alongside the Chief Infrastructure Officer, you will provide leadership across:

  • Estates and

Facilities Management:

management, professional and technical responsibility for the operational estate, school-based estates staff and other contract workers, bringing best practice and professional standards, ensuring that school premises are well maintained and functional.


  • Compliance Management: management responsibility for ensuring statutory compliance and regulatory standards are monitored and managed consistently across the estate.
  • Health and Safety: operational responsibility for the health and safety of the premises across the Trust, working with individual schools on day to day management.


Understand how the estate contributes to the wider objectives of the Trust with demonstrable confidence in areas of operational and strategic importance, including asset management, compliance, contract management, team leadership, health and safety, stakeholder engagement and project management.

With experience in a comparable setting, you will provide leadership on the development and management of the technical estate, supporting plans for decarbonisation and sustainable investment.
