Description

We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to direct the evening shifts at Adventure.

Responsibilities include overseeing general operation, ensuring employee productivity and customer satisfaction, along with creating a positive work environment for both employees and guests.

You will be in regular communication with the GM and Proprietor to stay up-to-date with organisational requirements, issues and improvements, as well as being given the opportunity to help shape the business through exploration of your own ideas.

Responsibilities:

Organising and running busy shifts
Addressing customer issues and requests
Training new hires
Working with management to assess and improve processes and policies
Being open to feedback and flexible in your approach to dealing with all matters
Cashing up and securing the building at the end of a shift
Maintaining Health and Safety standards and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in the industry in a customer facing management role
Knowledge of cash management and awareness of stock control
Team management skills

Strong organisational, administration, communication and problem-solving skills:

Availability to work shifts both weekdays and weekends

For this Bar Supervisor role we would love you to have experience in the following areas:

Late nights and weekends are an essential part of our working hours so please bear this in mind to avoid any potential travel issues

Salary:
£12.50 per hour
