Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the sales team, as the face of Antech, building relationships with our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
This is a full-time position as we enter into an exciting stage of business growth.Duties:
- Produce quotations for customers, in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers on all live sales enquiries by phone, using our diary system and providing support to help secure the order.
- Process customer orders and payments using our inhouse ERP system.
- Process purchase orders with suppliers.
- Liase with suppliers and customers to ensure orders are delivered and fulfilled on time with agreed delivery dates.
- Data entry and administration ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Check stock levels and reorder stock, as required. Period stock checks, as required.
- Organise inbound and outbound deliveries, for both UK and Export.
- Update customer records on our ERP system, ensuring all contact information is up to date and accurate.
- After sales calls ensuring customers are happy with their orders and they received it on time, providing PODs etc.
- Supporting presales and marketing activities, working on social media ideas, providing customer feedback for testimonials, as required.
Skills:
- Professional telephone manner and the ability to transfer calls to various colleagues/departments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Have the ability and willingness to acquire jobrelated knowledge through selfdevelopment and by learning from others
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously, working independantly and part of the team
- Customer serviceoriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships with customers and suppliers
- Previous experience in sales administration or a related field is preferred but not required
Pay:
£22,467.00-£23,117.00 per year
