Luxury Order Administrator
Our exciting client has a fantastic, rare opportunity for a Luxury Order Administrator to join their friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable, high end luxury business in Cheltenham on a permanent, full-time basis.


Role Responsibilities of the Luxury Order Administrator

  • Administration
  • Log jewellery repairs from customers, accurately noting condition and details
  • Communicate repair info through to relevant team members
  • Liaise with customers regarding repair timelines, advising when ready for collection
  • Chase up departments and repairs when necessary
  • Invoice/estimate processing
  • Advise/manage expectations, dealing with complaints when necessary and feed back to team/manager
  • Support wider sales team if necessary
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm


Salary:
£23,000 - £29,000 depending on experience
