ROLE:

Smart Meter Advisor
PAY RATE:
£477 a week (PRE-TAX)
JOB TYPE:Temporary ongoing (minimum 5 Months)
LOCATION
:Reading HOURS
:Monday to Friday Days THE ROLE**- Working on a predictive dialler making outbound calls to customers booking smart meters

Dealing with inbound calls to book appointments
Working of a list of current business customers to ask about upgrading.
Describing benefits of smart meters

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Experience in customer service roles
Must have good IT skills and be able to use Microsoft packages confidently.
Good communicator verbal and written communication skills
Supportive and selfmotivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
Used to being in a regulated environment.
