Job Title:
HR Transformation Consultant

Duration: 18-month contract

Rate:
£800 per day

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the Director of People and Change and the service's leadership team to develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap and implementation plans.
  • Conduct a thorough review and challenge existing HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement innovative ways of working that promote performance excellence and align with the organisation's strategic goals.
  • Focus on enhancing core services to ensure they are easily accessible, executed with excellence, and customercentric.
  • Prioritise customer needs by placing them at the core of service design and delivery.
  • Facilitate selfservice options for customers, making interactions seamless and efficient.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in HR transformation within a local authority setting.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at HR Assistant Director level or above.
  • Strong track record of designing and implementing successful HR transformation initiatives.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR processes and systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and influence change across the organisation.
