We are delighted to be partnering with a major employer based in Northampton as they seek to add Warehouse/Production Operatives to their team.

Location - NN4 9BX


You will be working in a chilled environment around 2 degrees & due to the nature of the role, there will be heavy lifting will be involved.

You will also be picking meat & alcohol.

Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

  • AM shift: £13.35p/h | PM Shift: £15.55p/h
  • AM Saturday shift: £13.35p/h| AM Sunday shift: £14.35p/h
  • Overtime is paid over 40+hrs per week

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

  • 6am-2pm (Rota with any 5 out of 7 days including Saturday & Sunday)
  • 2pm10pm (Rota with any 5 out of 7 days including Saturday & Sunday)
  • 10:00am until 18:00pm
  • Premium rate between 18:00 & 22:00 on a 5/7 rota

Duties and Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:

  • Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE
  • Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and despatching of stock is completed to the required standard
  • Completing tasks using a handheld warehouse management device
  • Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
  • Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
  • Adhering and investing in our awardwinning health and safety standard
