Description
Highly Specialist Psychologist or Psychological Therapist, Integrated Community Pathways Service (ICPS) Lead

1.0 WTE B8b ICPS lead, London Pathways Partnership (LPP) Community Pathways Services

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to service development and delivery within a group of services with a national reputation for quality and innovation.

LPP is a consortium of five London NHS Trusts co-delivering services under the national Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway programme in partnership with the Probation Service London (PSL) and HM Prison Service.

LPP provides community OPD Pathway services across London, as well as in prisons within and outside London.

The LPP staff group, mainly comprising psychological therapists and clinical practitioners, is among the most experienced teams nationally working with men and women who have serious offence histories linked to their personality difficulties.

This is a rare opportunity to be the service lead for one of four ICPS teams, Changing Lanes, based in Hackney, East London.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic psychological therapist with interest and expertise in working with people with complex emotional needs who have a history of offending.

The postholder will manage an Integrated Community Pathways Service (ICPS) delivering services under the national Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway programme to men and women with complex personality difficulties and serious offending histories.

The ICPS incorporates both Core Offender Management (CORE-OM) services, which deliver consultation, training, formulation and joint casework support to the Probation Service in London (PSL), and case management and therapeutic interventions through Intensive Intervention and Risk Management Services (IIRMS).

Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve

Our values are:

We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.

This post attracts Inner London Weighting.
