Our client, an established company who are constantly working to innovate within the distribution sector, is currently looking for an HR Assistant to join their team in the Slough area on a permanent, full time basis.
As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Employee Relations support to employees across the business.


Key focus areas will include:

  • Assisting or managing employee relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Providing training, mentoring and support to managers on staff management, hiring and ER cases
  • Providing general HR support for the business as needed
  • HR administration tasks, including accurate minute taking
  • Taking part in HR projects as required.
A CIPD qualification is desirable, however not essential.

In addition, you will possess stakeholder engagement skills as well as being a meticulous individual with strong leadership and attention to detail.
