Role; Flexible or Full Time Teaching Assistant

Start Date: 15th April 2024


Key Responsibilities include:

Supporting Learning:
Work alongside teachers to assist in the delivery of lessons, adapting materials and activities to meet the individual needs of students

One to One Support:

Provide tailored support to students, offering encouragement and guidance to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.


Behaviour Management:

Foster a supportive and positive learning environment by implementing behaviour management strategies and offering emotional support to students as needed.


Effective Communication:

Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the care and education of students, sharing insights and observations to inform support strategies.


Assist in monitoring Progress:
Assist in the assessment of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Promote inclusion:

Champion the principles of inclusion and diversity within the school community, celebrating the unique strengths and contributions of every student.
