Due to exciting growth of our business we are seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our professional finance team in Peterborough, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong admin and/or customer service background who is looking for a step into accountancy or looking to change industry.

What you'll be doing:

Processing all Self-Bill invoicing as per the weekly & monthly schedules
Processing of rent / prepayment / provisional / final invoices
Action cleardown requests received through the GRNI mailbox in an accurate & timely manner
Management of mailboxes relating to these processes
Monthend tasks
Additional adhoc duties relating to the Purchase Ledger function

What you'll bring:

Basic understand of Purchase Ledger controls
Excellent Administrative skills
Tech savvy and quick to learn multiple systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to work to strict deadlines
Be able to prioritise and organise a high volume of work
High accuracy skills
