About Our Client:
The client is an established manufacturing company based in Banbury with a friendly team and a flexible working pattern.
The Finance Assistant will:
- Deal with all aspects of accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Completion of bank reconciliations
- Reconciling petty cash and preparing postings on the finance system
- Responsibility for ensuring receipts for company credit card payments are submitted, reconciled and posted on the finance system
- Entering purchase invoices, setting up supplier accounts and reconciling supplier statements
- Processing supplier payment run and ad hoc payments
- Processing sales invoices, setting up new credit accounts and completing credit checks
- Processing weekly payroll
- Issuing employment contracts
- Assisting the Accountant with payroll month end and pension scheme payments
The Successful Applicant:
The Finance Assistant will be/have:
- Immediately available
- Computer literate
- Experience in a similar Finance role
